When you check the thesaurus, the system displays a thesaurus results page which shows all the subject headings that contain your search term. Notice that "Diabetes Mellitus" is what CINAHL uses as the proper subject heading. There is also a subject heading for "Diabetes Education" which is exactly what we want. To search it, you would click on "Diabetes Education" or on the word "Search" below it.
