How do I apply to RWC?
Enrolling at RWC is easy. You can apply online or have an application mailed to you by calling Enrollment Services at (513) 745-5700. Get full details at Enroll Now: Step by Step.

How much is the tuition?

Because Raymond Walters is an open access college of the University of Cincinnati, tuition is lower than at UC’s baccalaureate colleges. Additional subsidy from the Ohio Board of Regents to two-year campuses also benefits RWC students.

     Full-time charges*
     Ohio resident: $1744 per quarter
     Out-of-state resident: $4522 per quarter**
     Part-time charges*
Ohio resident: $146 per credit hour
Out-of-state resident: $377 per credit hour

*Both full and part-time charges include all fees.

Full-time fees include a $139 per quarter general fee, which includes parking, as well as a $75 information technology fee. Parking for part-time students is included in the per-credit-hour fee. The difference between Ohio fees and out-of-state fees is the out-of-state surcharge. Fees do not include student insurance charges.

If you are submitting these charges for employer or other reimbursement programs, please call Registration (513)745-5650 to verify fees first.

Fees are subject to change by the University of Cincinnati Board of Trustees. For questions regarding tuition, call RWC Registration at
(513)745-5650.

The difference between Ohio fees and out-of-state fees is the out-of-state surcharge.

**Residents of Boone, Bracken, Campbell, Carroll, Gallitan, Grant, Kenton and Pendleton counties in Kentucky are eligible for Ohio/Kentucky tuition reciprocity when they enroll in associate degree programs at RWC (except Radiologic Technology). To be considered for the in-state (Ohio) rates, students must submit an application available at www.onestop.uc.edu. Additional information is available in Registration and Enrollment Services.

How do I get an adviser?
You will be assigned an adviser when you attend orientation. But you can also check out the adviser listings by academic program or last name. If you still have questions, call the Advising Office (513) 745-5753 or (513) 745-5700.

Is there a waiting list for any of the programs at RWC?
Several health-related programs have special admission requirements or waiting lists. Often this information will be noted on the information sheet for the program or within the department’s web page academic programs. But, if you are unsure, stop by or call Enrollment Services (Muntz Hall, room 150) to find out if the program you are interested in has a waiting list.

Will my credits transfer from RWC to UC Central Campus (in Clifton) or other colleges?
In just about all cases, yes! The courses you take at RWC are college-level freshman and sophomore courses which transfer to other colleges and universities. However, some colleges do have different course requirements. If you plan to transfer to another college after RWC, you should get a copy of that college's catalog to find out what classes are required in that college's program. Get more information about transferring under Getting Grades.
Still unsure? Make an appointment with your academic adviser for help.

Students transferring to RWC or from other colleges should contact Enrollment Services to ensure their credits will transfer.

Can I view my grades online?
