In partnership with business, schools, and individuals, Raymond Walters College's Professional Development Center strives to improve performance and boost productivity using resources available from the University of Cincinnati, Raymond Walters College, industry experts and professional consultants.

The center provides affordable, high quality training in a variety of computer software programs such as Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Publisher, Front Page, Project and Web Page Creation. In addition, the staff at the center is certified to teach seminars and workshops in leadership, management, customer service, business writing and interpersonal skills, such as Stephen Covey's The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People.

Businesses are also encouraged to take advantage of the center's newly created Performance Network, which provides professional and technical training at discounted rates. The Performance Network is designed to attract local companies, both large and small, who want to provide consistent employee development opportunities for their staff. The Professional Development Center will discount single and multiple-day sessions by as much as 50 percent for companies that join the Performance Network.
