Administrative Services includes Business Affairs involving purchasing, parking, keys, payroll, budget, mailroom, phones, copy center, grants, security and contracts.

Facilities Management is also a part of the Administrative Services Department. This includes maintenance, grounds and housekeeping which is responsible for the upkeep of the campus grounds and buildings as well as campus receiving and mail.
