Keep in mind that your paperwork must be processed by Enrollment Services before you can register for classes via the web.

2) Check with the placement office, (513) 745-5783, to see whether or not you need to take the college's placement test. Unless the course you want to take requires a specific score on a placement test for entrance, you will probably not have to take a test. In many cases, exceptions are also made for students who already have a bachelor's degree.

3) Even though you don't need an adviser's approval to register, you can request an adviser if need guidance in selecting courses. To do this, call (513) 745-5753.

If you have already completed the steps above, it is time to register for classes! There are many ways to register:
* Register via the web
* Fax in a completed registration worksheet
* Mail in a completed registration worksheet
*Or, register on the In-Person Registration day just before the quarter begins

However, you are encouraged to register online via the web in order to have the best chance getting into the classes you want. Log on to UC's website at www.uc.edu/registrar. You will need your student ID and PIN.

And, there registration deadlines you need to be aware of.

Web registration
Web registration is available for the Priority Registration period for Autumn from
May 19 - June 1.

Web registration will also be available for Final Registration from June 30 - Sept. 30.

To register via the web, log on to www.uc.edu/registrar. You may find it helpful use a registration form as a worksheet before registering via the web. Web registrations must be completed before the quarter begins or the appropriate late registration fee will be assessed.

Mail-in Registration
Meet with your adviser to select your courses. Mail your registration form to the Registration Office, Raymond Walters College, 9555 Plainfield Road, Blue Ash, Ohio 45236-1096. It is important to list alternate course(s) or section(s) in case your first request(s) is not available.

Mail-in registrations will be processed during Final Registration only. You are encouraged to register via the web during Priority Registration to maximize the chances of getting into the classes you want.

Priority Registration
You MUST register via the web during the Priority Registration period. Priority Registration provides students with an early opportunity to secure a place in classes with high demand. Students are encouraged to register early to take advantage of their priority status.
