Frank L. Mink, Ph.D. began his extensive career in environmental management with an associate's degree from Raymond Walters College. President and chief toxicologist for Mink & Associates, Inc., Dr. Mink is a national expert on hazardous waste sites and their impact on public health and the environment. He returns to RWC annually to visit with students in the environmental protection program.
